Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads that fit company criteria.
• Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email (using scripts + personal touch).
• Book discovery calls and free audits for the sales team.
• Maintain an organized and updated sales funnel.
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging and outreach strategy.
• Track progress, report results, and meet performance targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or online sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM/lead management tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
• Consultative, value-first approach to outreach.
• Fluent in English (Level B2 or higher).
• Ability to work 5 PM – 1 AM SAST (US EST hours).
