Description

We are looking for a skilled Customer Support Operations Agent to join our fast-growing Support team. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, both online and in-person, across our ride-hailing division.

Please note that this role is offered on a fixed-term contract, for a duration of 6 months.

This position is based at our Walk-In Center, where you’ll be handling face-to-face customer support in addition to digital queries. You must be comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing physical queues, verifying documents, and resolving live cases, all while maintaining Bolt’s customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

Supporting Bolt’s customers and partners — online and in person — to help them get the most out of our services.
Resolving issues quickly and kindly, using Bolt’s best practices and your own sound judgment.
Handling live cases at the Walk-In Center: managing queues, verifying documents, and providing real-time support.
Communicating clearly and professionally across multiple channels — chat, email, voice, or face-to-face.
Helping improve how we work by sharing feedback and ideas with your team and cross-market peers.
Playing an active role in shaping a world-class customer experience across our verticals.

Requirements

You're confident handling both online and in-person support interactions.
You’re an excellent communicator, fluent in English (bonus if you speak other South African languages).
You bring strong attention to detail, stay calm when challenges arise, and adapt quickly to solve problems.
You’re able to follow structured processes while ensuring the experience remains personal and human.
