Description
The Client Service Officer will provide frontline customer support by assisting clients with Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF) benefits, processing claims, and handling administrative functions. The role focuses on ensuring accurate information, efficient service delivery, and compliance with departmental regulations and policies.

Responsibilities
- Screen and assist clients applying for UIF benefits.
- Process applications and continuation forms in accordance with UIF regulations.
- Provide accurate information on the Unemployment Insurance Act and Contributions Act.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties within the Labour Centre.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with POPIA.
- Deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Batho Pele principles.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 / Senior Certificate.
