Description
Tiger Brands is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packer to join their production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing quality products into displays and packaging according to company specifications. Duties include checking product quantities and dates, removing damaged items, maintaining cleanliness in the work area, and ensuring smooth daily packing operations.
Responsibilities
- Checks that sufficient displays are available for the day’s packing
- Reports product / display damages and shortages to Production Supervisor
- Pack according to specifications
- Remove damaged sachets from the line
- Check that the dates on the sachets and displays correspond
- Check that the dates on sachets are correct
- Pick up empty sachets
- Sweep work area
- Dusts machines
- Take damaged sachets to Scrap Area
Requirements
- Grade 12 (matric) qualification
