These roles provide administrative, clerical, and logistical support within various units of the Department of Defence. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical and administrative support duties.
- Capture and update personnel information (leave, S&T, performance assessments).
- Maintain asset registers and update unit records.
- Compile and maintain databases for training and skills development.
- Handle filing, documentation, and telephone enquiries.
- Assist with demand and purchasing tasks as required.
- Ensure accurate reporting, feedback, and record-keeping across units.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4).
- No experience required.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Good communication (verbal & written).
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Numerical and organisational skills.
