Join mLab’s Step Up II to gain in-demand digital skills and real work experience. Trainees complete short, practical learning in cloud fundamentals, digital marketing, and responsible AI, then apply those skills during an SME placement with mentorship and workplace-readiness support.
Responsibilities
- Complete training in digital skills, cloud fundamentals, digital marketing, and responsible AI.
- Participate in workplace-readiness sessions and industry mentorship.
- Contribute to real SME projects during placement, delivering tasks to agreed timelines and quality.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate progress clearly.
- Adhere to programme policies and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Matric (NQF 4) up to TVET diploma/degree (NQF 5–7).
