Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative and operational tasks in various departments.
• Support travel consultants and account managers with client bookings and itinerary management.
• Update and maintain accurate travel and client data on the Tourplan system.
• Provide excellent customer service and contribute to team projects.
• Learn and apply travel software tools and company procedures.

Requirements

• South African citizen between the ages of 18–35.
• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification essential.
• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong attention to detail.
