AMT Works is offering a 12-month Customer Management Learnership Programme (NQF 5) for unemployed youth residing in the Vaal Triangle. The programme provides accredited training and practical workplace experience in customer service and business communication.
Responsibilities
- Assist with customer service and client communication
- Handle customer queries professionally via phone and email
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Support team members with daily administrative tasks
- Participate in assessments and training activities
- Uphold company policies and professional service standards
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Must reside in the Vaal Triangle (proof of address required)
- Basic computer literacy
- Fluent in English (read, write and speak)
- Must not have completed a learnership before
- Must have a working cellphone
- Reliable transport
- Available to start in March 2026
