Norton-Lambrinos Attorneys invites young, motivated South Africans to join their 12-month Youth Employment Service (Y.E.S) Programme. This initiative offers practical experience within a professional legal environment, helping participants develop workplace readiness and exposure to debt collection processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist legal and administrative teams with daily office operations.
- Support document handling, filing, and client communication.
- Learn and apply key principles of debt collection and legal processes.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Complete assigned training modules and performance reviews.
Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18–34 years.
- Unemployed and in possession of a valid Matric certificate.
- Interested in the legal or debt collection industry.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Able to commit to a 12-month full-time programme.
