Responsibilities
- Participate in structured classroom and on-the-job training.
- Learn and apply security procedures and operational standards.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients.
- Follow company policies, safety protocols, and reporting procedures.
- Demonstrate discipline, reliability, and professionalism throughout the programme.
Requirements
- South African citizen aged 18–26 years.
- Unemployed and not currently enrolled with another institution.
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
- No criminal record (checks will be conducted).
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
