Description
The Assessor Learner supports TIH’s claims handling process by assisting with vehicle assessment tasks, ensuring accurate data capture, and delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on mitigating vehicle spend risk, maintaining operational standards, and providing frontline support to clients while developing skills through training and coaching.
Responsibilities
- Assist with vehicle assessment, quantification, and validation processes.
- Provide basic product and service information to customers.
- Clarify customer needs and respond to standard queries.
- Record customer details accurately on the CRM system.
- Support customer service activities such as data input, filing, and document handling.
- Follow mandatory procedures to ensure operational and regulatory compliance.
- Participate in learning, coaching, and development programmes.
- Work according to assigned schedules and performance standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (Essential)
- 1 year Panel Beating experience (Advantageous)
