Responsibilities

•  Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently.
•  Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
•  Assist customers in resolving issues and answering inquiries.
•  Document calls and customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system.
•  Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are addressed and resolved.
•  Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
•  Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer service experience.

Requirements

•  Previous experience as a Call Centre Agent or in a similar customer service role.
•  Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
•  Familiarity with call center software and CRM tools.
•  Resilience and the ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
•  Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
•  High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
•  Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
