Description

Ekurhuleni West TVET College is recruiting two (2) Assets Clerk Interns to support its Finance Division. The successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and updating the asset register, verifying and marking assets, capturing asset movements, and performing administrative duties related to asset management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

•  Upkeep and consolidation of the assets register;
•  Verification of assets at Corporate Centre;
•  Capture movement of assets of Ekurhuleni West TVET College;
•  Capture newly bought assets on asset register;
•  Prepare write-off list or lost assets;
•  Marking of assets at Corporate Centre;
•  Respective administrative and office functions;
•  Reconciliation of Assets.

Requirements

•  Matric;
•  Diploma in Financial Management;
•  Knowledge of Computer will be an added advantage.
