We are offering a Sewing Learnership opportunity for young, unemployed South Africans who are eager to gain hands-on experience in garment manufacturing. Successful candidates will learn to operate industrial sewing machines, work as part of a production team, and assist in the creation of garments according to design specifications.

Responsibilities

•  Operate industrial sewing machines
•  Assist in cutting, stitching, and assembling garments
•  Follow design specifications and sewing patterns
•  Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
•  Work collaboratively in a production environment
•  Meet daily production targets under supervision

Requirements

•  Must be a South African citizen
•  Aged between 18–35 years
•  Grade 10 or higher qualification
•  Currently unemployed and not studying
•  Willing to learn and work with sewing machines
•  Able to commit to the full duration of the learnership
