Boomerang Marketing is offering an exciting Contact Centre Learnership in Cape Town for young South Africans from disadvantaged backgrounds. This program provides hands-on training in Customer Service and Sales (Lead Generation), equipping learners with essential workplace, communication, and problem-solving skills. It is an opportunity to gain professional experience while earning a stipend.
Responsibilities
- Participate in structured learnership training focused on customer service and call centre operations.
- Engage with clients professionally, providing information and support.
- Develop and apply sales and negotiation skills for lead generation.
- Improve workplace readiness skills including communication, teamwork, and digital literacy.
- Demonstrate commitment to learning and applying new skills in a professional environment.
Requirements
- Aged between 18 – 33 years.
- Matric certificate or NQF 4 equivalent (must have passed Mathematics and English).
- Applicants must be from Quintile 1–3 schools or recipients of the Child Support Grant.
