Unemployment is a major crisis in South Africa, particularly affecting the youth due to a lack of qualifications, skills, or work experience. Michelin Tyre Company SA has partnered with Sparrow FET since 2018 to provide blended learning methodologies to stimulate employment for the youth.

Requirements

•  South African citizen, unemployed youth
•  Grade 12 or NQF 3 Certificate, or Technical Mathematics in NQF 02
•  18–29 years old
•  No criminal record
•  Medically fit
•  Interest in the tyre industry
•  Gauteng-based
