Graduate Internship – Human Capital (Employee Relations)

Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, invites applications for a 24-month Employee Relations Internship Programme. This internship provides unemployed graduates with practical work experience in the field of Human Capital, specifically Employee and Labour Relations.

Responsibilities

•  Support HR processes related to labour law and employee relations
•  Assist in managing disciplinary procedures and grievance handling
•  Participate in policy development and compliance tracking
•  Contribute to workplace investigations and reporting
•  Assist with employee engagement initiatives

Requirements

•  National Diploma (NQF Level 6) or B Degree (NQF Level 7) in Labour Relations, Law, or Labour Law
•  South African citizen aged between 18 and 35
•  Currently unemployed and no prior internship or work experience
•  Willingness to sign an internship agreement
