Graduate Internship – Human Capital (Employee Wellness)

Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is offering a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme in Employee Wellness. This opportunity is aimed at developing future wellness and mental health professionals by providing workplace exposure and practical experience in employee support services.

Responsibilities

•  Assist in planning and implementing wellness initiatives and awareness campaigns
•  Support employee counselling and referral processes
•  Promote mental health and wellbeing in the workplace
•  Contribute to reports and administrative support in the Employee Wellness Unit
•  Participate in organisational wellness assessments

Requirements

•  B Degree (NQF Level 7) in Psychology, Social Work, or Industrial Psychology
•  Must be a South African citizen aged 18–35
•  Unemployed with no previous work or internship experience
•  Willingness to sign an internship agreement
