Graduate Internship – E-Communication & Client Engagement (x2)

Description

The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, invites applications for a 24-month Graduate Internship Programme in E-Communication and Client Engagement. This internship offers graduates practical experience in digital communication, customer engagement, and data-driven service delivery within the public sector.

Responsibilities

•  Assist in client communication and engagement initiatives
•  Support digital platforms and analytics reporting
•  Participate in data-driven decision-making and process optimisation
•  Help identify client needs and improve user experience
•  Provide insights from client interaction data and feedback

Requirements

•  BCom or BSc (NQF Level 7) in Business Analytics, Data Sciences, or Statistics
•  South African citizen aged 18–35
•  Unemployed and no prior internship or work experience
•  Must be willing to sign an internship agreement
