Customer Service Representative (Remote)

An established medical equipment supplier is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their remote team. If you have strong admin skills, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities

•  Answering incoming calls and assisting clients
•  Capturing and processing orders accurately
•  Engaging with customers about their medical equipment needs
•  Performing general admin and data capturing duties
•  Supporting the overall customer service function

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
•  Previous experience in a customer service or front desk/admin role
•  Clear criminal record (background checks will be conducted)

Skills & Competencies

•  Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
•  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
•  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
•  Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
•  Healthcare or medical equipment experience is a strong advantage
