Advanced Assessments & Training (AAT) is proud to announce the opening of applications for its 2025 Learnership Programme. This initiative is designed to provide unemployed South African youth with the opportunity to gain practical work experience while studying toward a nationally recognized qualification.

Requirements

•  Age: Between 18 and 35 years old.
•  Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
•  Education: Minimum of Grade 11 or 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent.
•  Employment Status: Currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other learnership or full-time studies.
•  Skills: Strong communication skills and a commitment to completing the programme.
•  Additional Consideration: Individuals living with disabilities are encouraged to apply (medical proof required).
