Pindulo VDM is offering a Professional Driver Learnership opportunity for 2025, aimed at developing the skills of 10 motivated South African candidates. The programme provides hands-on training and practical experience in the logistics sector, designed to kick-start a career in professional driving.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in structured training programs (theoretical and practical)
•  Operate vehicles safely and professionally under supervision
•  Assist with daily logistics and transport operations
•  Comply with traffic laws and company safety regulations
•  Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic upkeep
•  Demonstrate commitment, punctuality, and willingness to learn

Requirements

•  Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate or equivalent
•  Valid South African ID
•  Valid Code 14 Driver’s License with PRDP
•  Police Clearance Certificate (issued within the last 3 months)
•  CV with contactable references
•  Motivational Letter
•  Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35
•  Physically fit and willing to undergo further assessments
