Description

Fidelity Security Services is seeking a CCTV Control Officer to be based at Head Office in Durban North. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Control Room Managers and will be responsible for performing control room duties, including the supervision and management of control room personnel.

This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure, and adherence to company standards. The CCTV Control Officer will ensure the effective management of control room operations while maintaining discipline, accuracy, and professional communication at all levels.

Requirements

Grade 12
Grade A PSIRA (SOB) registered and accredited with traceable references
Own reliable transport
Fire Fighting trained
First Aid trained
Computer literacy in MS Office, CCTV systems, etc.
Strong organisational, interpersonal communication and liaison skills
Ability to work under pressure and extended hours when required (shift work)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Minimum of two years’ experience in the security industry control room
Fluent in English
No criminal record
Must be reliable and trustworthy
