Multiform Human Development (Pty) Ltd. is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administrative Clerk to join its team in Klerksdorp, North West.
The successful candidate will help ensure that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently. The role includes clerical support, documentation, correspondence management, data entry, scheduling, reporting, and support with corporate-related documentation.

Responsibilities
- Process and maintain accurate records of documentation related to daily operations.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, calls, and face-to-face inquiries.
- Ensure timely responses to correspondence and inquiries.
- Assist with data entry and management in electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and schedules for team members as required.
- Assist with COIDA, CIPC, UIF, SARS eFiling, CSD, and corporate-related documentation.
- Generate regular reports.
- Compile data for various departments to support decision-making.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace to support efficient administrative functions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrable experience in managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and office management procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive client information.
- Proven experience working with COIDA, CIPC, UIF, SARS eFiling, and CSD-related documentation and systems.
