Responsibilities: Grant Review Posts
Successful candidates may be responsible for:
- Conducting beneficiary screening.
- Completing manual grant applications.
- Performing file-level reviews and validations.
- Verifying documentation submitted for review.
- Assisting beneficiaries at service points.
- Conducting home visits for frail beneficiaries where required.
- Participating in mobile review operations.
- Supporting community review campaigns.
- Updating beneficiary records on SOCPEN.
- Capturing and maintaining grant data.
- Preparing review reports.
- Supporting document filing and tracking.
- Scanning and indexing documentation.
- Ensuring audit readiness.
- Maintaining confidentiality and data protection standards.

Successful candidates may be responsible for:
- Registering files received from grant reviews.
- Quality assuring source documents.
- Verifying source documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Capturing unallocated receipts.
- Processing BAS write-offs.
- Recording debt information accurately.
- Recording debt transactions.
- Supporting audit compliance.
- Supporting debt management processes.
- Assisting with financial statement preparation.
Requirements: Grant Review Posts
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Computer literacy.
- NQF Level 6 qualification will be an added advantage.
Requirements: Financial / Debt Management Clerk Posts
- NQF Level 6 qualification in Financial Accounting or Financial Management.
- Qualification must be recognised by SAQA.
