The City of Ekurhuleni is offering a Local Economic Development (LED) Learnership opportunity aimed at equipping young, unemployed residents with practical experience and skills related to community and economic development. Successful candidates will receive training and may be placed with external service providers to support community-focused initiatives.

Requirements

•  Matric / Grade 12 (or equivalent)
•  Fluent in English
•  18 - 35 years of age
•  Be South African Citizen
•  Resident of Ekurhuleni (attach proof of residence)
•  Applicant must be unemployed
•  People living with disability are encouraged to apply
•  Ability to communicate with communities
•  Willing to attend training and placement with external provider
