This learnership opportunity is for individuals who are passionate about pursuing a career in retail. It is open to both people living with a disability and able-bodied individuals. The program offers a chance to gain practical retail experience in a fast-paced environment while working toward an NQF Level 3 qualification.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in retail training and practical work experience
•  Be available to work long hours and on weekends, if required
•  Engage in all tasks assigned as part of the learnership programme
•  
•  Display a professional and proactive attitude in a retail environment
•  Commit fully to the duration of the learnership

Requirements

•  Completed Matric (Grade 12)
•  Currently unemployed
•  Not registered on any other SETA-funded programme
•  Not pursuing any higher education qualification
•  Genuine interest in the retail industry
•  Willingness to work long hours and weekends
