Responsibilities

•  Act as a brand ambassador by delivering an exceptional customer experience.
•  Handle incoming and outgoing customer queries effectively.
•  Offer tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
•  Drive sales and contribute to meeting team targets.
•  Stay informed on product offerings, trends, and promotions.
•  Keep accurate records of interactions and transactions.
•  Support team members and participate in team activities and learning sessions.

Requirements

•  Be aged 18 to 29 years (inclusive).
•  Hold a Matric certificate (Grade 12) – preferred.
•  Be currently unemployed.
•  Be available for a 12-month contract (April 2024 – April 2025).
•  Not have worked permanently for a single employer for more than 1 year.
•  Not be studying full-time in 2024/2025.
•  Not have participated in the YES programme before.
•  Have access to reliable transportation, if applicable.
