ERS Bio is looking for enthusiastic and computer-literate individuals to join their Client Services Learnership Programme. The role involves learning about the company environment while delivering telephonic and technical support to clients according to company standards.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity. Candidates must be adaptable and patient. High performers may be considered for permanent roles after the programme.

Responsibilities

•  Telephonic/Onsite/Remote Application Support (Software & Hardware)
•  Call-outs for enrolment and swap-outs
•  Training
•  Setup of accounts
•  Courtesy calls
•  Scheduling

Requirements

•  Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
•  Driven and self-motivated
•  Computer literate
•  Valid driver’s license
