Join the iTOO Learnership Programme – a 12-month work-based learning opportunity designed to launch your career in the insurance industry. The programme runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 September 2026, combining professional workplace training with a formal NQF 5 qualification in Short-Term Insurance.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in hands-on workplace training with support from mentors and managers.
•  Attend structured short courses focused on work readiness and personal development.
•  Complete all academic requirements for the NQF 5 Insurance qualification.
•  Demonstrate growth in professionalism, time management, and communication.

Requirements

•  South African citizen with a matric certificate (certified copy required).
•  Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month duration.
•  Submit a CV and copies of any post-matric qualifications (if applicable).
•  Willingness to learn, grow, and work in a professional environment.
