Synergy Transformation Solutions is inviting applications for the OC - Cyber Security Analyst NQF 5 Learnership Programme based in Gauteng.

This is a 12-month learnership programme designed for motivated and passionate individuals who want to gain development exposure in cyber security, ICT, and related workplace functions.

Successful learners will receive a monthly stipend of R5 300 for the duration of the programme.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates with Matric, computer literacy, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn and complete the full programme.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full 12-month learnership programme.
• Attend all required learning and workplace activities.
• Gain exposure to cyber security and ICT-related functions.
• Complete programme tasks and assessments as required.
• Follow workplace instructions and programme requirements.
• Develop professional workplace skills.
• Maintain commitment and discipline throughout the programme.
• Work with teams and departments to gain practical exposure.
• Communicate clearly and professionally.

Requirements

• Must be aged between 18 and 28 years.
• Minimum qualification: Matric.
• ICT qualification at NQF Level 5 or higher will be advantageous.
• Must be computer literate.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and commit to the full duration of the programme.
• Must have a valid Matric certificate.
• Eagerness to gain exposure across various departments within the company.
