Siyakha Learning is offering a Generic Management Level 4 Learnership.

This learnership is for candidates who are eager to learn, committed to personal development, and looking for an opportunity to gain valuable skills and workplace exposure.

The programme offers a nationally recognised qualification and practical learning experience.

Duration: 12 months

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Generic Management Level 4 Learnership programme.
• Complete learning activities as required.
• Take part in online learning activities where applicable.
• Develop workplace skills and personal development skills.
• Commit to professional development throughout the programme.
• Follow programme rules, requirements, and learning expectations.

Requirements

• Must be South African.
• Must be between 18 and 34 years old.
• Must have a minimum qualification of Grade 11.
• Must not have previously participated in a learnership.
• Must not currently be in a learnership, internship, employment programme, or any other full-time opportunity.
• Must have access to a device and internet connectivity to participate in online learning activities.
• Must be eager to learn.
• Must be committed to professional development.
