Job Description
Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is inviting applications for multiple Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser learnership opportunities.
These learnerships provide structured, work-based learning that equips learners with commercial and practical merchandising skills. Learners will gain exposure to customer service, order taking, merchandising standards, stock rotation, product visibility, promotional execution, and in-store sales support.
The learnership runs over a period of 12 months and requires learners to obtain a minimum of 120 credits to complete the qualification.
The role reports to the Account Developer and involves working with sales team members, customers, and other business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Execute daily call schedules across assigned outlets.
- Ensure daily activities align with planned call objectives.
- Implement visual merchandising standards.
- Support stock rotation and in-store product displays.
- Ensure product quality, availability, and visibility.
- Complete iRED surveys and execution scorecard requirements.
- Support customers with placing orders through the MyCCBA platform.
- Assist with promotional activities to improve brand visibility.
- Provide relief support when required by the line manager.
- Collaborate with sales team members and the Account Developer.
- Learn and apply practical sales and merchandising standards.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy, with a minimum pass rate of 40%.
- Grade 12 communication with English and a second language, with a minimum pass rate of 40%.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Must be available to work six days a week.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
- Must have no criminal record or adverse credit record.
- Must consent to criminal, ID, and qualification verification.
- Driver’s licence would be advantageous and may be required for travelling to different stores.
- Must not be enrolled in any current learnership programme or full-time studies.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification or learnership at another company or organisation.
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
- A post-matric qualification in Sales and Marketing is required.
