This structured programme is designed to provide valuable workplace exposure, practical learning, and professional development within a reputable organisation.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain experience in a professional work environment while developing essential workplace skills. The learnership is suitable for unemployed youth who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in areas such as Finance, Administration, and Warehouse/Operations.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in the YES Learnership Programme for the full 12-month contract period.
• Gain practical workplace experience within the assigned department.
• Support daily operational tasks in Finance, Administration, or Warehouse/Operations.
• Follow workplace procedures, instructions, and professional standards.
• Work closely with team members and supervisors in a structured environment.
• Attend training, mentorship, and development activities provided during the programme.
• Meet deadlines and maintain expected workplace performance standards.
• Demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and a willingness to learn throughout the programme.

Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
• Must be a South African citizen.
• Must be unemployed.
• Must be between 18 and 29 years old.
• Must be willing to learn, grow, and commit to a structured workplace programme.
