Oversees policy formulation, regulation, disposal, and coordination of state properties through the Property Management Trading Entity (PMTE). 2. Construction & Built Environment Oversight Provides strategic direction to transform and regulate the construction and property sectors in line with South Africa’s development goals. 3. Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) Coordinates and implements EPWP to create job opportunities for unemployed citizens while delivering social and economic infrastructure projects.
