The Wits Health Consortium (Pty) Ltd (WHC) is a wholly owned company of the University of the Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, established in 1998. It serves as the legal and operational framework through which the University—primarily its Faculty of Health Sciences—conducts contract research, manages donor-funded projects, and supports entrepreneurial and clinical service initiatives.
