Responsibilities

•  Assist with account follow-ups and debt collection activities.
•  Support the team in managing overdue accounts and engaging with clients.
•  Learn and apply credit risk principles and collection strategies.
•  Capture and maintain accurate client records and interactions.
•  Comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

•  Matric (Grade 12) is essential.
•  A completed or in-progress qualification in Finance, Accounting, or Banking will be advantageous.

Skills & Competencies
