Description

To perform a range of administrative planning activities supporting supply and production capacity planning for Flavours Operations at the local level. The goal is to ensure timely product manufacturing and delivery using existing manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

•  Review customer orders for raw materials resale demands and create repack process orders as needed.
•  Release production orders and resolve/escalate issues related to orders in collaboration with production, customer care, and global affiliates.
•  Produce and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports (e.g. COOISPI schedule, OTS, overdue purchase orders).
•  Analyze order and production data on an ad hoc basis as requested by management.
•  Manage vendor confirmations, maintain PO documentation, and assist in resolving vendor issues with planners and purchasing teams.
•  Support department manager, production planners, and raw material planners through various planning functions.
•  Ensure compliance with quality, safety, hygiene standards, and best practices.
•  Manage boot and pager invoices for the site.
•  Handle packaging supply operations.
•  Follow and implement PIR/golden rules/best practices, including SLOB management.

Requirements

•  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Foreign Trade or others, or studying towards a qualification.

Skills & Competencies

•  Microsoft Office Suite.
