PepsiCo is offering a 12-month Sales Learnership Programme aimed at developing young talent with a strong interest in sales and marketing. This structured programme combines theoretical learning with practical workplace experience, providing a strong foundation in customer relationship management, sales execution, brand promotion, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

•  Participate in theoretical and on-the-job training
•  Meet revenue, volume, and new business targets
•  Ensure 100% customer call rate and 90% strike rate
•  Manage stock and cash responsibly
•  Pull and analyse sales reports for route improvement
•  Maintain company assets and comply with policies

Requirements

•  Completed 3-year qualification in Business or Commerce
•  Valid Code 10 driver’s license and Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
•  Strong communication and negotiation skills
•  Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment
