To drive sales by meeting customer needs in a fast-paced furniture retail environment. The ideal candidate will actively sell merchandise, meet sales targets, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

•  Generate sales through direct customer interaction
•  Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
•  Maintain product knowledge and assist with sales queries
•  Follow sales administration processes as per company policy
•  Meet and exceed sales targets
•  Ensure in-store merchandising and presentation standards
•  Perform prospecting activities for future sales
•  Work independently and contribute effectively to the team

Requirements

•  Qualifications: Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
•  Essential: 1–2 years in a sales environment, Computer literacy
•  Desirable: 1 year in a retail or furniture environment
•  6–12 months knowledge of furniture retail operations and products
