Resolve all customer queries efficiently, and within agreed timelines. Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements Serve as first point of contact to FNB visitors, determine their needs and direct them accordingly Manage own development to increase own competencies
Requirements Matric and additional certification in Office Management is a plus Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role Skills & Competencies Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional attitude and appearance Solid written and verbal communication skills Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Excellent organizational skills Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Customer service attitude
