The Office of the Premier is offering internship opportunities for graduates in Financial Management and related fields. The programme is designed to provide practical workplace experience and professional development to recent graduates, preparing them for future careers in the public sector.

Responsibilities

•  Provide support within the Office of the Chief Financial Officer.
•  Assist with financial administration, cost and management accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
•  Perform tasks and projects aligned with your academic field of study.
•  Contribute to effective financial management practices within the department.
•  Participate in learning and development initiatives as part of the internship programme.

Requirements

•  NQF Level 6/7/8 qualification in Cost & Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting, Logistics, or Econometrics.
•  Must be a South African citizen and resident of Gauteng Province.
•  Between the ages of 18 – 35 years.
•  Must be an unemployed graduate who has not participated in a government internship programme before.
•  Completed theoretical studies and require workplace experiential training, or recently graduated.
•  Studied at a recognized South African institution of higher learning.
