Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Support month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
Help prepare documentation for audits and manage compliance requirements.
Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reporting.
Respond to financial inquiries and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Matric is a must; a Finance or Accounting qualification is a bonus.
Previous finance or accounting experience will be advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

Solid grasp of basic accounting principles.
Comfortable using Microsoft Excel; bonus points if you know accounting software like QuickBooks or Xero.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills – written and verbal.
