Remote Recruitment is looking for a sharp, reliable, and detail-driven Finance Assistant to join our finance team. You’ll play a key role in keeping our numbers in check, from processing payments to helping with reports. If you’ve got a good head for figures, an eye for detail, and you’re comfortable working independently, this role’s for you.

Responsibilities

•  Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
•  Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
•  Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
•  Support month-end closing activities and financial reconciliations.
•  Help prepare documentation for audits and manage compliance requirements.
•  Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reporting.
•  Respond to financial inquiries and provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

•  Matric is a must; a Finance or Accounting qualification is a bonus.
•  Previous finance or accounting experience will be advantageous.
