Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is recruiting an In-Service Trainee within its Manufacturing Planning function in Phoenix, KwaZulu-Natal.

The opportunity is intended for an Operations Management student who has completed the theoretical component of their qualification and requires practical or experiential workplace training.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Team Leader.

• Support manufacturing-planning activities as assigned by the Team Leader.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or Matric.
• Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy passed with at least 40%.
• Two South African languages passed with at least 40%.
• Currently studying towards an Operations Management qualification.
• All theoretical modules must have been completed.
• The applicant must require practical workplace exposure to complete the qualification.
• Willingness to complete in-service or experiential training in the industry.
• Applicants must not have previously completed an In-Service Trainee programme at another company or organisation.
• South African citizenship.
• Applicants must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
• Applicants must be between 18 and 35 years old.
• A letter from the educational institution requesting workplace experience.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
