Description
CampusKey is hiring an Office Assistant Intern for its FICA department in Stellenbosch, Western Cape.
The role is suited to a highly organised and detail-focused person who enjoys administration, structure, lists, registers, and keeping tasks on track.
The successful candidate will form part of the in-house compliance and internal central team, supporting national administrative matters and helping keep administrative systems organised and efficient.

Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and maintain detailed to-do lists.
- Anticipate administrative needs and complete tasks before they become urgent.
- Manage registers accurately and ensure information is properly documented and complete.
- Maintain and improve administrative systems.
- Manage calendars and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Assist with team events.
- Register and manage the flow of contracts and agreements.
- Register and manage the flow of incident reports.
- Register and manage the flow of conflicts of interest.
- Manage administration related to employee equity.
- Recruit team members for employee equity administration where required.
- Coordinate nomination and appointment letters.
- Organise and track required training certificates.
- Ensure attendance at meetings.
- Handle administrative requests following meetings.
- Oversee office supply management, including ordering, organising, and maintaining stock levels.
- Register and manage the ordering and delivery of Apple products.
- Manage user access for the bank system.
