Servest Hygiene Solutions, a division of the Servest Group, is inviting applications for a Pest Control Intern opportunity based in East London, Eastern Cape.

This 12-month fixed-term internship is designed to help young candidates develop practical skills and gain workplace experience in the pest control industry.

The successful candidate must be available immediately and willing to attend pest control training, follow company procedures, comply with safety requirements, and represent the Servest brand professionally at all times.

No previous pest control experience or pest control certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend pest control training.
• Comply with safety regulations for chemical solutions used.
• Use provided personal protective equipment correctly.
• Follow all company instructions and procedures.
• Work overtime when needed or instructed.
• Represent the Servest brand professionally at all times.
• Ensure company Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Ensure client Health and Safety requirements are met.
• Develop practical pest control skills through workplace exposure.
• Commit to the full 12-month fixed-term internship.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Valid South African ID.
• Must be between the ages of 18 and 26.
• No pest control experience required.
• No pest control certificate required.
• Must reside in the East London area.
• Valid Code 08 driver’s licence.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be available immediately.
• Must be willing to commit to a 12-month fixed-term contract.
