Responsibilities

•  Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat.
•  Assist customers with product information, order status, and account issues.
•  Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
•  Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
•  Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships.
•  Collaborate with other teams to address complex issues and escalate when necessary.
•  Participate in training and development activities to continuously improve customer service skills.

Requirements

•  Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally as a customer care agent or call center representative.
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
•  Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
•  Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems.
•  Empathy and a genuine desire to help others.
•  Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
•  High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
