We are looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team! As a Customer Service Team Member, your role involves delivering fast and friendly service, processing orders, handling payments, and performing additional tasks as required.

Responsibilities

•  Welcome customers with a friendly smile
•  Suggest items, specials, and promotions to customers
•  Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns, telling the manager about serious problems
•  Give great customer service with a positive attitude
•  Talk about store events and keep the checkout area clean and organized
•  Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to ensure smooth operations
•  Use the cash register or computer to ring up orders correctly
•  Process different forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, and credit cards
•  Balance the cash register, perform cash counts, and monitor cash levels
•  Bag, box, or wrap products
•  Follow company rules, ways of working, and store standards
•  Receive, verify, and unpack new stock
•  Assist customers with orders over the counter and over the phone
•  Bring orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables
•  Make sure orders are packed, labeled, and look good
•  Manage phone orders by answering calls quickly
•  Keep front of house clean and organised during your shift
