Nando’s is looking for energetic and dedicated team members who are passionate about people and food. The role involves working in different stations, from grilling and prepping to cashier duties, ensuring every meal meets the Nando’s standard.

Responsibilities

•  Front Griller: Grills chicken with passion and precision.
•  Back Griller: Prepares non-chicken items.
•  Prepper: Prepares ingredients and items for grilling.
•  Cashier: Takes orders and processes payments.
•  Co-Ordinator: Assembles and checks completed orders.
•  Waitron: Serves dine-in customers.

Requirements

•  Must have a matric certificate.

Skills & Competencies

•  Able to stand for 8 hours and work under pressure.
•  Physically fit and mentally alert.
•  Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays.
•  Must live near the store.
•  Reliable, resilient, and a strong team player.
•  Must have integrity and a customer-focused attitude.
