The Department of Employment and Labour is hiring two Administrative Clerks to provide administrative support in Inspection and Enforcement Services at the Nqanqarhu and Pietermaritzburg Labour Centres. The role involves managing documents, assisting with HR and supply chain functions, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

•  Render administrative support services to the Directorate.
•  Control the movement of documents and files in the Directorate.
•  Provide Supply Chain Management support in the Directorate.
•  Render Human Resource Services support for the Directorate.

Requirements

•  Grade 12

Skills & Competencies

•  Administrative procedures relating to an office,
•  Filling and retrieval of documents,
•  Ability to operate the fax machine and photocopier,
•  Data capturing.
•  Planning and Organising,
•  Communication,
•  Computer literacy.
